Just a nice slow burning work of the arms and shoulders. took it easy since the day before was a rough one on the body…(cold running is not for the weak, but if you try it, don’t forget to stretch after…really good).

Worked the abs (goal is every other day, switching up the workouts to shock the muscles) again and it went real well. sometimes the pain of ab work is agonizing and alot of the time its fine (still painful, uncomfortable, but manageable). Feel nice and sore this morning, so I know I did something right!! followed up with a run!

had a good work out and went by real fast. the rest of the evening shaped up fairly nice as well….dropped the kids off at church, thumbed through my new running mag, caught up on some things, etc.
