Ran, with purpose.  Ran, in the icey snow and cold of the already known cedar lake trail in Mpls.  horrible trail conditions leaves me wanting spring, but enjoying every step pain free on my way to the season of glory.  tried out the new trail shoes…not the right fit yet got me through.
