Throw a little shadow boxing and some jump rope action in there and you have a complete workout and feeling good. “Taper Week” has officially started. Plan is to get in a short bike on thursday followed up with a 1 mile run or so, then rest all day Friday, eat real well (healthy too) and get ready for last race of the season!!
